voice2tex develops and publishes https://voice2tex.com. 'voice2tex', "we", "our", or "us" in this Privacy Policy refers to voice2tex, a brand owned and operated by Lucas Rebato.

This Privacy Policy applies whenever you use our "Services", which means https://voice2tex.com/. This policy does not extend to websites other than https://voice2tex.com/. This document describes how we collect, store, use, disclose, and otherwise process your personal information when providing these Services to you, and your rights and choices concerning your information. As a result, this data is transmitted between voice2tex and OpenAI during the process of creation. Your data is not used to train their models. Please note the user's credit card information (card number, name, CVC) is collected through the Stripe Checkout website for subscribing to a voice2tex service. This information is collected via the Stripe Checkout service and is processed by Stripe. This personal data is not processed or stored by voice2tex.

In the voice2tex Database hosted by DigitalOcean, LLC in Ireland.

Data Breaches

Breaches are to be reported within 72 hours to the local authorities by Mr Lucas Rebato, reporting what data has been lost, what the consequences are and the countermeasures taken. If the data was unencrypted, the data subject (user) must be informed.

Your Rights

The user has the following rights.

The right to access and download all personal data we store on the user
The right to update the user's personal information
The right to delete the user's account and remove all personal data
The right to request the termination of processing the user's data. Note this will result in account deletion.

The downloading, updating and removal of personal information may be done through the account management panel. Requests for the termination of data processing should be directed to Mr Lucas Rebato via email at lucas@voice2tex.com.

voice2tex may include or link to third party products or services. These third party sites have separate and independent privacy policies. We therefore have no responsibility or liability for the content and activities of these linked sites.

Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act

voice2tex is directed to people who are 13 years old or older. If you are under the age of 13, per the requirements of COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act), you are not permitted to use any voice2tex service.
